Terms & Conditions (T&C)

  1. All booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours online or by telephone. Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by email.
  2. Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Classes and Privates will be charged the full session fee.
  3. All payments are non-refundable or transferable.
  4. The New Client Packages can only be purchased once by an individual unless buying for someone else.
  5. You can extend the expiry date of your package by one month paying AED 150. T’s & C’s apply.
  6. Clients may not attend a Class/Private session unless paid before the class.
  7. Clients that hold reoccurring bookings are responsible for cancelling on time to avoid late cancellation/no show fee and to notify the studio of any changes in their reoccurring booking.
  8. We accept credit card, debit card, or cash. We do not accept American Express or Cheques. All payments are made in AED dirhams.
  9. All prices included VAT

GOVERNING LAW

The United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and any disputes will be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any will be filed in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • We accept payments using Visa, Master Card credit or debit cards. All payments will be made in AED dirhams.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Pure Pilates Yoga Center policies and rules.
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  • All payments are non-refundable or transferable.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – SERVICES

Purchased memberships or class packages and all details relating to the purchase will be confirmed within 24-48 hours through an email. The client is able to book into classes using their username and password at any time before, during, or after the purchase.
